--Working Groups for the weekly teleconferences.

The idea is to combine each PIs telecon (see TeleconNotes? archive) with a focused meeting for members of one of the working groups below.

Instructions for participants:

  • Pre-meeting preparation: See Dan's notes to Group 4 as a template.
  • Fridays Here is the conference call information for the following weeks 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30. 1:00 pm Michigan time (10am PST).
    Michigan will dial 7-8419 then when prompted enter password #2704 announces name and enters the call. All other institutes will dial 1-734-647-8646 then when prompted enter password #2473 announce name and enter the call. The operator can also be contacted if necessary at 734-763-1117.
  • Anchor/Template telecons (simulations, models...) are on Thursdays [3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29.] 2:00pm EST (11:00am PST). Dial 1-734-647-8646, password 2277#.
