UPDATED Most of the SpinyBot technology is now transferred to the RisePlatform. See the RiSEatSWRIapril06 page for some results. The ICRA 2006 paper listed below provides some details on how the spines were adapted.
  • June 2009: A new adaptation of the technology is perching UAVs.
