Steps for setting up the demo

1. cd /klab/stretch
2. make start
3. Keep the phantom in the calibration angle(from step 4-9)
4. make insertC
5. ./peri &
6. ./friction &
7. ./graphics &
8. click on the dead switch
9. click on software enable

After completing the demo,

10. close the graphics, peri and friction windows and type
11. make removeC
12. make stop
