Proposed Easter Hand

  • Palm
    • isoceles triangle instead of equilateral (compromise between spherical and cylindrical grip)
  • Fingers
    • each 2nd phalanx has a motor, keeps thing simple.
    • fingers cannot rotate, must compromise between spherical and cylindrical grasp
  • Fingertips
    • asymmetric for each finger, flat for the thumb
    • could it be soft to enlarge contact surface?
