Major required sections for NSF Proposals:
b. Project Summary - 1 page. MUST INCLUDE explicit subsections on "Intellectual Merit" and "Broader Impacts"
d. Project Description - 15 pages unless otherwise noted
- Objectives
- Plan of Work (procedures, methods, etc.)
- Intellectual Merit
- Broader Impacts
- Educational Outreach
- Minority Outreach
- Results from Prior NSF Support (not to exceed 5 pages out of the total 15)
Results from prior work format (a,b..):
- the NSF award number, amount and period of support;
- the title of the project;
- a summary of the results of the completed work, including, for a research project, any contribution to the development of human resources in science and engineering;
- publications resulting from the NSF award;
- a brief description of available data, samples, physical collections and other related research products not described elsewhere; and
e. References are uploaded separately. Give URLs for articles available electronically. Not counted in the 15 page limit.
f. Bio Sketches in NSF format (2 page)
