Purchased two spring scales- will use them hopefully for pilot test on skin stretch magnitude sensing ability of humans. The idea is to just attach the spring scale to some 'probe' that is stuck to the skin, and pull a specified amount. Simple, easy, shouldn?t be too difficult to test if the scale has good resolution. Of course, it only cost $5, so it's not going to give incredibly precise readings.

Also studying the Just Noticeable Difference/Weber Fraction testing methods.

Stuff to do- search Vince Hayward's papers for references on skin stretch JND search for Johansson, dexterous, on google for his papers
