About Me

Born and raised in Shenzhen, China, I journeyed to the United States for college at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After graduation, I returned to China to inspire young minds as a robotic programming teacher. Seeking to deepen my knowledge, I pursued a Master's degree at Harvard University, where I focused on computer science education and innovative learning design.

I currently teach middle school Computer Science and AP Computer Science Principles at The Quarry Lane School. I am also an SCPD student working on Foundations in Computer Science Graduate Certificate.

The goal of my research this summer is to design and fabricate tactile sensors for the hand of the underwater robot OceanOneK. These sensors will provide tactile feedback to human operators, enhancing their control over the robot. Through this project, I aim to improve my design and fabrication skills, learn about underwater tactile sensing, and explore the application of machine learning in OceanOneK's hands.
