1. bare conductive ink
   It turns out that EAP with bare conductive ink could not charge enough.
   It 8kV, it can be moved a little, but it is quite different to normal EAP cell.
   It may because that electrode is too stiff EAP to move.
   Changing ratio of ink may changed the electrode softer than now.

2. Regarding charging failure with 1 month aged EAP after fabrication
   It has not checked yet, but next week checking it with previous ink.

3. My next visiting schedule may be from 2nd Sep to 14th Sep.
